Design Principles & Values

For the values that my brand would embody, the five I have chosen are:

Creativity

Design sustainability

Ethics

Efficiency

Collaboration

All five of these embody how the brand would seek to make the most of the collaborative efforts of a range of talented professionals to achieve the best possible creative outcome. Although a very modern technique of presenting fashion images, this company/brand will still seek to preserve traditional techniques such as hand illustration, but incorporate them in a new way to ensure their survival and development (design sustainability). As there are many ethical issues surrounding the manipulation of photographs to create ideal body images, ethics will play a very important role in governing decisions surrounding the manipulation of the human body itself to promote realistic and healthy body images & proportions. As with any firm entrusted with financial and timed resources to deliver a product that is synonymous with their image, efficiency is also of the upmost importance.
