Identity Document Presentation

As the type of design I am pursuing is all about manipulating photography for the purposes of creating marketable fashion imagery, I thought a good way to represent this idea through the identity document was to have layers of transparent paper that would show a plain photograph underneath and then the manipulated photo on top, to convey to the viewer the 'different layers to a digital artwork'. I found this tutorial of how to manipulate a photograph to get a monotone illustration with coloured highlights, and thought it would be striking for the front cover and a good way to visually introduce the concept of photograph manipulation to the person reading it. Challenges with this layout however would include aligning the layers of transparent paper with the same source image directly on top of each other.
